The Stranger Things cast landed a Screen Actors Guild Award Sunday night which was followed by actor David Harbous out President Trump — even without mentioning his name in a Meryl Streep fashion.

Harbour — who plays Chief Jim Hopper in the hit sci-fi Netflix series — referred to the award as a “call to arms” and urged his fellow Hollywood elites to “battle against fear, self-centeredness and exclusivity of our predominantly narcissistic culture” and remind others “that when they feel broken and afraid and tired, they are not alone.”

Harbour then even further ignited the crowd by vowing to as a cast “repel bullies” and “shelter freaks and outcasts”.

“We will get past the lies! We will hunt monsters! And when we are at a loss amidst the hypocrisy and the casual violence of certain individuals and institutions, we will, as per Chief Jim Hopper, punch some people in the face when they seek to destroy the weak and the disenfranchised and the marginalized!”

Co-star Winona Ryder seemed put off by the fiery acceptance speech and responded with a series of surprised expressions:

It is unclear whether Ryder was simply confused by the speech or instead offended by the leftist rhetoric.
