There will be no discipline for Senior Auburn shortstop Haley Fagan after the post-game altercation with Florida softball coach Tim Walton on Monday.
Fagan who didn’t have her hand up when she made it to Walton in the postgame high-five line was pretty clearly pushed on the shoulder with his forearm which is what prompted the push-back by Fagan.

When asked if there was any discipline coming Auburn coach Clint Myers stated:
“There is none. It was an unfortunate situation, I’ve had a chance to visit with Tim Walton the other day and this has been a learning experience for everybody involved and we’ve moved on. We are looking forward to playing a very good Georgia team this weekend. Haley and I have talked about this and those conversations are between Haley and myself, Like I said, we’ve moved on and we’re focused on this weekend’s series.”
Walton issued an apology back on Tuesday stating it was an accident. Fagan herself hasn’t commented on the incident.
The SEC hasn’t issued any statements or commented on the matter at this time.
